Ron Violet began his career in allopathic medicine in the United States Army in 1972. He was trained basic and advanced medical skills and in occupational therapy, respiratory therapy and physical therapy.
Assigned to Martin Army Hospital at Fort Benning, GA to Plans, Operations and Training where he filmed lectures given by doctors and nurses for Army archives. He furthered his education in Basic Medic Training (91B) and completed the correspondence LVN Program (91C). Received Expert Field Medic’s Badge.
- He was assigned to the United States Army’s Institute of Surgical Research at Brooke Army Medical Center (the most prestigious burn unit in the world).
- Was assigned to the 121 Evac Hospital in Seoul, Korea (the hospital where the doctors in the TV series MASH sent their patients for further treatment). Occupational Therapy. Studied martial arts, Oriental Philosophy and Oriental Medicine while there with local Korean Masters. (Ron would like to thank all tax payers for his education in the military – your dollars were well spent )
He became a licensed massage therapist through St. Phillip’s College Licensed Massage Therapy program.
His passion for helping people led him to study naturopathy where he earned a Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) degree from Clayton School of Natural Healing with high honors. He has been serving patients in San Antonio, TX as a Board Certified Traditional Naturopath since 1994. He regularly attends continuing education classes in the field of nutrition to further his knowledge in the latest information available. Examples include Balancing Hormones in Men and Women, Iridology, and Weight Management. He also keeps himself abreast of the latest information available regarding allopathic medicine in order to better understand what his patients may be dealing with. He is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, attended various classes in Homeopathy, Aromatherapy, Muscle Response Testing, Iridology, Nutrition Response Testing, Applied Kinesiology, Hormone Testing, Hair Testing, Saliva Testing, etc…..

My philosophy is life energy flowing through enlivened and clear channels that manifests health in every human field. By simply strengthening weakened systems, glands and organs it is possible to increase the life expression of a person. This strength results in more personal power, greater clarity of purpose, more facilitated transformation, and more capability to join in creativity with others. No matter what challenge is facing an individual (grief, disease, stress, et al) being potent to meet the challenge is where all sense of fulfillment lives. Strong people live well, and demonstrate human greatness and are better able to contribute that greatness to the world.
